About Me
I am Sunny Larue blogger, storyteller, music lover, martini admirer and a manic depressive. I been blogging for over thirty years. My passion for writing started when I was diagnosed with manic depression disorder at a young age. Not understand what that meant I was often the target of bullying. Writing became a safe place. I started out writing journal entries that turned into poems that morphed into blogging. Trying to find a reasoning to the madness I started documenting my mood swings, my interaction with my disorder and how I relate to people. Today I am apart of a wonderful supportive community of family, friends & social media. I hope to inspire those to indulge in their passion and find a voice to speak their truth.

My Advice
Advice 101- Go at your own pace. Blogging is a learning experience. You learn more & more about yourself as well as getting to know fellow bloggers. Remember blogging isn’t a competition it’s a celebration of fellowship.
Advice 102- Be brutally honest no matter how much pain you felt at the time of a specific emotion. Blogging is just that opening yourself up to emotions that can be happy or terrible hard. Just stick with it and use your voice to speak your truth. Nothing else matters.
