SUPERNOVA

Exploding into the midnight sky burning bright flying high, supernova reaches levels intensifying the mind.  All of my senses engulfed by the flames, you stand there with this look on your face as if we’ve met before.  White hot radioactive embers burning brightly through this space lifting levels of an a high then sinking deeper into the depths of the void.  My soul set a blaze my light burning so brightly it’s blinding, the white heated embers reaching every level possible to let you know of the rebirth.  I alike the Phoenix arose from the ash, I’m alive.  Reborn just as in life I am birth, I live and I die. This is my exit goodnight and goodbye.

ENJOY THE SILENCE

I honestly don’t know what to say.  I don’t have any clever words of wisdom nothing but just feeling numb.  I’m not particularly sad but I’m not happy either.  Last week was a living nightmare and the energy that was drained from my body had taken a heavy toll on me. So much is going on in my world my job situation, my writing, my future all this is weighting heavy on my mind.  It’s like the twilight zone has taken hold of my body throwing me in an ongoing loop of noise filled numbness.

AND THE OSCARS GOES TO

As Oscar season comes to a close (thankfully) there are some who watched the red carpet and some who stayed and watched the whole show and there’s are those few rebels who just don’t give three rats tails about such things.  I’m in this category but in the spirit of the Oscar I did catch some of the highlights and enjoyed the best Oscars speeches of twenty-nineteen.  Social media particularly twitter is all a buzz about Oscars it’s one tweet that inspired this thought, if I was to win an Oscar (far-fetched I know but stay with me) what would be my Oscars speech?

THE BLAH FACTOR

Today I’m feeling a bit blah.  Not sad but not quite happy either.  I’m in between the two.  I call this stage of my manic depression “the blah factor.”  It’s a numbing feeling.  I don’t care about things as much as I should when I visit this stage.  Having a mental disorder you’re on a constant roller coast ride up and down back and forth its rare your able to get off.

FORGIVENESS IS NOT ENOUGH

This week hasn’t been such a hellish week as in the past, although the week has just begin, I made some decisions when it comes to my mental well-being.  I decided to really work on keeping my Chum and his party friends sequestered. I also decided not to allow anyone to hijack or take hostage my emotions.  Monday I was tested.  The She-Devil was at it again only this time no one seem to cared enough to indulge in her madness. Again I shouldn’t feel anything towards this person but how can I talk about changing and staying positive if I can’t forgive the She-Devil.  When forgiveness isn’t enough what’s next?

THE SHE-DEVIL

If you are experiencing thoughts of suicide or self harm please call 911 immediately or contact the National Suicide Lifeline 24/7 (800) 273-8255

Introduction

Feeling a little tested today. A well-known and liked celebrity Kristoff St. John passed by heart failure but some would say he passed from a broken heart. His son who committed suicide in twenty-fourteen suffered from mental illness.  It’s always sad to see someone lose a battle whether from a disease like cancer or heart issues or mental illness. Its a horrible setback. I truly feel terribly sad for his family and those left behind. You never know what a person is going through especially a person struggling with mental health issues.

RENCONTREZ MON AMI NOIR ET BLANC My Black White Friend

Originally posted July 18, 2018

Hello everyone, I don’t know where to start in regards to this blog post.  This issue has been a thorn in my side for a long time all my adult life. I am a social butterfly but this has been a topic of conversation too many time.  Let me start with this, I really don’t like it when my “friend” introduce me as “oh meet my black white friend”.  REALLY, that’s how you’re gonna roll?  Reading through the comments on my social media (sunnylarue on facebook), I notice a few people don’t get why this is such an issue for me and why I get so offended.  I thought this would be a good blog to chat about.
