BIO:

Before we dive into Charli beautiful work, let’s take a moment to get to know her better. Hello, I’m Charli, and this blog is my little space to share my experiences. Here, you’ll find posts on a variety of topics, but I’m particularly passionate about sharing my experiences with mental illness and a rare genetic disorder called Turner Syndrome. Turner Syndrome is a condition that affects women who are born with one or partially missing X chromosomes instead of the usual pair. Through my words, I aim to inspire, motivate, spark discussion, drive change, and help others learn. My journey with mental illness and Turner Syndrome has shaped my perspective and given me a unique insight into the challenges and triumphs that come with these conditions. As I share my experiences, I hope to create a supportive and informative space where others can find solace, encouragement, and understanding. By shedding light on these often misunderstood and underrepresented topics, I aspire to break down stigma and foster empathy and acceptance. My goal is to empower and educate, offering a glimpse into the reality of living with mental illness and a rare genetic disorder, while also highlighting the resilience and courage that define my journey through my blog, Life With Charli, I invite you to join me on this meaningful and enlightening journey. I hope that the posts you read here will not only provide insight into my personal experiences but also serve as a source of empowerment and knowledge. Whether it’s through sharing personal anecdotes, discussing mental health advocacy, or raising awareness about Turner Syndrome, I aim to make a positive impact by fostering open and honest conversations. I believe that sharing our stories can create connections, provide comfort, and inspire change. It is my sincere wish that you find value in the content I share and that together, we can contribute to a more compassionate and informed community. Thank you for joining me, and I hope you find inspiration, motivation, and learning in the words and experiences I offer here. Enjoy!

One summer, I went to a water park.
It was a fun day at the start.
I loved letting the water touch my feet.
Didn’t go far in because the water was deep.
Then, Though I can’t swim, I went on the lazy river ride
I really just wanted to give it a try!
But Splash! In the water I fell
I even lost my glasses in the spill.
When I lost my balance, I thought I was going to die.
But the water was only four feet high!
The water park mailed my glasses to my home.
And went on lazy river rides no more.
Peace and Blessings to all ♡

Response
Lovely poem! It perfectly showcases the fun of summer but with how quickly things can turn into worrying experiences, all the while still turning out to be okay, yet still putting us off things from the worry that happened!
